We grow hops on 50 hectares, of which 40 hectares are SAAZ (Žatecký červeňák), 7 hectares are Sládek and 3 hectares are Premiant. Every year we invest in the modernization of hop cultivation machines, harvesting technologies, and last but not least, we innovate the hop drying process. We have already equipped most of our hops fields with underground drop irrigation to ensure more stable yields, bitterness, and other nutrient content.
